The congress welcomed 400 attendees, 60 speakers and 30 sponsors, including Ingener.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The overall aim of the conference was to bring together all the key industry players to discuss and explore new business opportunities in the region and to provide detailed and updated information on the market situation.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThe new energy policy of the Argentine government that promotes the incorporation of 10 GW in the next 10 years by means of the RenovAr program and, in particular, the first bid for power generation from renewable energy sources have generated great interest among international companies linked to the energy sector, and this interest was noticable at the event,\u201d says Ingener\u2019s Commercial Manager, Diego Invernizzi. He adds that \u201cthe tenders for the first bid, which auctioned more than 6,000 MW, were submitted on September 5th, and contracts are expected to be awarded before the end of the year.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cAt Ingener, we feel very enthusiastic about these new opportunities in Argentina.
