It has operated in Uruguay since 1991.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In 2014, the company approved the investment to install a liquid oxygen and nitrogen production plant (ASU), a US-made COSMODYNE ASPEN 1000 model, at its Santa Luc\u00eda facility in Ciudad del Plata, in the department of San Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For this project, Air Liquide hired Ingener for the turnkey design and installation of the liquid oxygen and nitrogen production plant.
