Public Tender N°1600155300, Remodeling of the fire prevention system (SPCI) of ANCAP East Terminal Plant in José Ignacio, Maldonado.

Our work:

The work consisted in the complete remodeling of the existing network with HDPE pipes (replaced existing cast iron).

Installation of new UL/FM listed valves for the network.

Incorporation of new hydrants for hoses and super monitors.

Installation of a foam suppression system at the seals of each tank.

Installation of a cooling ring system with sprinklers on each tank.

Automatic fixed water spray system for protection of seals in fuel pumps.

Construction and erection works of a new SPCI pump room(2 diesel pumps of 4000 GPM/10.5 bar).

Complete system of detection by fiber optics with automatic central monitoring and alarm.

Beginning: Third quarter 2016.

Deadline: 12 months.
