He has served as Director of Corporate Services since 2024. He joined Ingener in 2007 as Head of Human Resources and became Human Resources Manager in 2010.
From 2016 to 2022, he served as the company’s Legal Manager, and from 2022 to 2024 as Corporate Services Manager, before becoming director of the area.
He teaches Labor Law I at the School of Law of the Universidad de la Empresa and has published numerous articles and papers on the subject.
He is a member of the Human Resources and Legal working groups of the Uruguayan Chamber of Construction.
