Complete detailed engineering, supply and installation of the fire protection system at Corporación Navíos’ new liquid bulk terminal in the port of Nueva Palmira.
Supply and installation of:
- New fire pump room
- Deluge cooling systems
- Foam system
- Buried perimeter network with fire hydrants
- Fire detection and alarm system
- Hose network on the pier
Electrical and instrumentation works were also carried out, including detailed engineering, supply and installation of:
- Medium-voltage connection of the new terminal to the existing substation
- Medium-voltage switchgear and 6.3/0.4 kV 1,250 kVA transformers
- Low-voltage distribution boards
- Low-voltage cabling
- Outdoor lighting system
- Lightning protection and grounding systems
- Instrumentation and instrumentation cabling
- Automatic control systems (SCADA)
- Associated civil works
