In 2019, the Tres Cruces Shopping Center and Bus Terminal undertook a new expansion, which included a new shopping level with more than 16,000 m2 of built area.
The works carried out included the complete execution of the firefighting system with automatic sprinklers, in accordance with NFPA 13 and NFPA 14, for the 2019 expansion of the Tres Cruces Shopping Center and Bus Terminal. The works included the entire piping network and the installation of more than 800 automatic sprinklers.
The HVAC system was also expanded as part of the 2019 expansion of the Tres Cruces Shopping Center and Bus Terminal. The works included a chilled-water system with a 500 TR chilled-water plant room, cooling towers and air handling units, and the installation of more than 15 tonnes of ductwork, piping, etc.
