Punta del Tigre, Uruguay — 2016/2018
Client: HYUNDAI HDEC
Punta del Tigre is Uruguay’s first combined-cycle plant, with 530 MW of installed capacity, located in the department of San José. It consists of two gas turbines and one steam turbine.
For this project, Ingener carried out the complete execution of the HVAC system, among other tasks.
The works included:
-Supply and installation of the HVAC system.
-Fabrication and installation of more than 70 tonnes of ductwork.
-Installation of more than 70 ventilation units.
-Installation of type L copper refrigeration piping.
