In 2018, ANTEL entrusted Ingener with the turnkey construction of Phases II and III of Antel’s Data Center in Pando.
The works carried out included:
-Engineering development.
-Supply and installation of all civil, electrical and mechanical works required to fit out a complete data hall at the Data Center.
The Data Center’s data hall, designed in line with the Uptime Institute’s TIER III guidelines, is one of the most modern in Uruguay and the region, with capacity for more than 350 racks.
For this data hall, Ingener carried out:
-Engineering, supply and construction of the complete medium- and low-voltage electrical installation, including the power generation plant.
-Complete installation of the HVAC system.
-Complete IT infrastructure, including data cabling.
-Fuel system and associated civil works.
After the execution and commissioning of the installation, Ingener took over full preventive and corrective maintenance of the Data Center for a 3-year term.
