Melowind wind farm, 50 MW, located in Cerro Largo. It generates more than 200 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year.
Following a demanding selection process, Ingener was selected for the design and execution of the electromechanical and civil works for the 31.5/150 kV step-up substation, UTE’s 150 kV connection point and the 31.5 kV internal network.
The works also included the civil works for 12 foundations for Nordex 2.5 MW wind turbines.
