In 2015, Ingener was awarded the complete construction of the “El Litoral” solar PV park, with 17.5 MWp of installed capacity, located near the city of Salto.
This state-of-the-art park includes a solar tracking system to maximize electricity generation throughout the day and all year round.
The works carried out by Ingener included:
-Detailed engineering.
-Earthworks.
-Civil works.
-Installation of approximately 900 tonnes of tracker support structures.
-Installation of nearly 60,000 PV panels.
-Complete installation of the low- and medium-voltage collection network.
-Engineering and works required to interconnect the park to the national power transmission grid.
Following the construction and commissioning of the solar park, Ingener took over its full Operation and Maintenance for a 10-year term, guaranteeing the park’s performance ratio (PR) under its O&M contract.
