Client: Nuevocentro Shopping
Nuevocentro Shopping is the most recent shopping center built in Montevideo. With 60,000 m2 of covered area and more than 11,000 m2 of open-air parking, the development was carried out by the Luis E. Lecueder firm, which entrusted Ingener with the electrical installation of the shopping center and cinemas, as well as the HVAC system.
The works included:
-Complete execution of a 1,400 TR chilled-water plant.
-Installation of six cooling towers of 250 TR each.
-Installation of air handling units.
-Installation of more than 40 tonnes of ductwork, chilled-water piping, and control and automation systems.
-Construction of a complete medium-voltage substation.
-Laying and termination of more than 120,000 meters of conductors.
-Installation of more than 5,000 luminaires.
-Installation of more than 65 electrical distribution boards.
